SHIPPING TIME

Order Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The delivery process is divided into:

  • Processing Time refers to the duration needed for tasks such as order preparation, assembly, and other pre-shipment activities. The length of time may vary depending on the destination address and our efficiency in preparing items.

  • Shipping Time commences after the processing period and is contingent upon the selected shipping method and destination.

Please note that the order cutoff time is set in (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

It’s important to be aware that there may be potential delivery delays during peak seasons and promotional sales.

Shipments are managed through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The total estimated delivery duration includes both processing and shipping times.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Please be aware that this does not include postal holidays, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping Delays

If your package fails to arrive within 45 days, we will issue a full refund for your order. Should there be any delays, please submit an inquiry, and we guarantee a response within 12 hours. We sincerely appreciate your patience and continued support.

If the tracking status shows as ‘complete’ but you have not received your item, please begin by checking around your premises. If the issue persists, contact the courier using the details provided in our shipping notification email. Should the problem continue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.

We are unable to take responsibility for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete destination details. Ensuring the accuracy of your shipping information during checkout is essential. Should you discover any errors, please promptly reach out to us at [email protected]. However, please be aware that we require up to 48 hours to respond to emails. If your package is dispatched within that timeframe, it is outside our control.

Customers are responsible for adhering to regional restrictions, duties, taxes, and related fees. SENGA Sports will not be held liable for duties, taxes, or customs fees in any situation if:

  1. The customer declines the package.
  2. Multiple delivery attempts fail in the destination region.
